ANIMAL DESIGNS

Lisa's Lanyards has a special line geared towards people who work with children (pediatrics, teachers, TA's).  Lampwork glass animals: cats,dogs, birdhouses, turtles, butterflies... very whimsical!  We also make other nature-oriented pieces, including starfish and sea shells, etc.

With an unlimted variety of beads and ornaments the potential for creating themed lanyards seems limitless!

BEADED DESIGNS

Our recent success has been with a more glamour-oriented line of plastic and glass beads.  This line is more common in the business community. It includes fashionable globes, can be glossy or tamed down, and can even have a little character (see the little glass heart beads above... cute!).  This line borrows from current beaded jewelry trends.

LISA'S LANYARDS: PAST & FUTURE

PAST:  In recent years a loved one became ill.  I got tired of looking at those shoestring ID tag holders the hospital staff wore, and started to make my own.  I have had some success by word of mouth and the Farmers' Market.  I needed more avenues to get them out, so I created this web page.  Hospital workers, school employees and most large businesses use lanyards these days, so I thought I could make some fashioable alternatives to those unfashionable standard lanyards.  --Lisa

FUTURE:  What does the future hold for Lisa's Lanyards?  I've been designing some very attractive necklaces and other jewelry.  I may even venture into designing beaded toys for domestic birds (parrots, parakeets, cockatiels, etc.) and other animals.
